Qualification : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related field.
Good programming fundamentals, preferably using Python.
Basic understanding of SQL, databases, and working with data.
Understanding of core programming concepts, data structures, debugging, and problem solving.
Interest in Data Engineering, Automation, AI, and Generative AI.
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to learn new technologies and work collaboratively in a team environment.

Qualification : Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
Graduate/entry-level candidate with a strong interest in Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and manufacturing operations.
Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, production systems, process improvement, and engineering fundamentals.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to collect, interpret, and work with operational data.
Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with shop floor employees, Frontline Leaders, and cross-functional teams.
Ability to coordinate activities across multiple stakeholders and follow improvement actions through to completion.
Comfortable preparing reports, presentations, dashboards, and data-driven updates for operational reviews.
Willingness to work closely with manufacturing teams and spend significant time on the shop floor at the GE BEL site.

Qualification :Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
Oral and written proficiency in English required.
