0–2 years of experience with embedded software development in C/C++ (microcontroller-based systems)
Experience with Python for scripting or automation
Understanding of real-time system fundamentals (e.g., scheduling, interrupts, timing behavior)

Qualification : Graduate / final-year student / recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related field.
Basic understanding of HR operations or employee life cycle processes is an advantage.

Basic understanding of programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, or similar technologies.
Strong foundation in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Data Structures, Algorithms, and Software Engineering principles.
Familiarity with cloud technologies, REST APIs, web application development, or microservices architecture is an advantage.
Exposure to AI/ML concepts, Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, or intelligent automation is highly desirable.
