  • Qualification : Bachelor’s degree in technical writing, information design, business, or computer science or the equivalent level of technical training and work experience
  • 2021/2022/2023 & 2024 Batches can apply.
  • Demonstrates excellent English language usage skills.
  • Demonstrates PC skills with knowledge of various operating systems, file management tools, and common MS office applications
  • Skill: Technical Writer, Documentation Specialist, Exceptional knowledge of the grammar and structure of the English language
  • Demonstrates technical writing expertise by writing and publishing online user and administrator content including new release content.
  • Works with and learns the company’s software applications to have a strong working base of knowledge from which to write user documentation. Works proactively to build knowledge of assigned applications.

  • Plans, organizes, writes and codes online help, user, installation, and release-related documentation for business software that is correct and written to standards within the timeline defined for a project. The associate information developer works closely with development teams. External communication is limited. Operates under general supervision, typically reporting to a manager of Information Development.
