Job Descriptions for Sales:

• Presents the customer with the needed Jewellery and provide information, such as pricing
• Expertise in handling customers
• Sale of the products, up selling & cross-selling of products/services
• Responsible for Counter Sales & Store operation
• Responsible for selling the Gold, Diamond, Platinum, and silver items in Store.
• Receive stock additions, QC and manage inventory of the counter
• Meeting counter wise Target as per store business Plan

Job Descriptions for Cashier:

    (Male only)

• Handling cheques/Cash/Card transactions
• Handling billing process in POS, Auditing of Gold scheme Passbook.
• Daily transactions to be tallied with the system.
• Keeping a track of packing material availability in counter
• Attending all incoming calls

    (Female only)

• Greet and welcome customer
• Assist the customer
• Direct the customer to respective product segment they are looking for
