  • Qualification: Any Bachelor’s degree.
  • Understands business analysis activity as it relates to specific project and overall account as well.
  • Expertise in specifying and modeling functional and system requirements.
  • Experience in ITSM (ServiceNow, Remedy etc)  tools data analysis.
  • Experience in ETL domain and data integration.
  • Actively participates in design sessions in specific areas of expertise.
  • Effective Communication of requirements with all touch points in the software development life cycle.
  • Engage with business users, understand problem statement, and agree scope of engagement.

Work Location : Bengaluru, Karnātaka, India
