  • Qualification:   Any Bachelor’s Degree 
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT Service Management.
  • Expertise in ITSM frameworks like ITIL. ITIL certifications preferred.Proficiency in ITSM tools (ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, etc.).
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Experience in process automation and workflow management Roles 
  • ITSM Expert Power BI Developer / Data Analyst
