Eligibility:

  • Qualification: BE/B-Tech/ME/M-Tech/MCA/MSC/Any Degree.
  • 2021/2022/2023/2024 Batches Can apply.
  • Be the face of Zoho with prospects, customers, and partners.
  • Connect with prospects to understand their requirements and map them with product capabilities.
  • Engage in voice, email, and chat-based support
  • Diagnose and solve application issues
  • Analyze and understand the needs of the users and provide timely solutions
  • Should be willing to work night shifts and rotational shifts with rotational leaves
  • Only the shortlisted candidates will be notified of the further rounds
