Eligibility:

• Must be a Graduate or Undergraduate ( No Pursuing Candidate).

• Minimum understanding of Customer Service.

• Freshers with excellent verbal and written communication skills can also apply.

• Should be flexible to work for both Voice and Chat support.

• Immediate joiners are preferred.

• 100% work from the office.

• Willing to work 24-7 shifts (Night Shifts/ Late Night Shifts and rotational shifts).

• Should possess effective Written and Verbal Communication skills and Comprehension skill.

• Should have excellent typing Speed (At least 30 WPM) for the Chat Process.

• Should have Excellent interpersonal and intrapersonal skills & should be a team player.

• No of Openings : 150

• Location : Hyderabad( Raidurgam, Mind Space, Secunderabad Club )
