Eligibility:

  • Qualification: Any graduate.
  • 0-2 Years of Experience working with ServiceNow platform on Administrator / Developer roles.
  • CSA and CAD certifications preferred.
  • Should have a good understanding of ITSM processes.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow administration, including configuration, workflows, and scripting.
  • Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Commitment to staying up to date with ServiceNow platform advancements and best practices.
