AUTODESK : SENIOR PRODUCT ANALYST RENEWALS & SUBSCRIPTIONS 

Eligibility:

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience (2 to 5 years) as a Product Analyst or Business Analyst with concrete understanding of renewal processes, subscription management, churn management, customer retention, and strategies for improving these areas.
  • A understanding of CRM solutions with knowledge of SFDC’s major product features.
  • Understand product strategy and be able to break it down into detailed product requirements at epic and user story level.
  • Define and document methodology to measure Success Metrics for the product features emphasizing value to team members and end users.
