Eligibility:

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

Experience (2 to 5 years) as a Product Analyst or Business Analyst with concrete understanding of renewal processes, subscription management, churn management, customer retention, and strategies for improving these areas.

A understanding of CRM solutions with knowledge of SFDC’s major product features.

Understand product strategy and be able to break it down into detailed product requirements at epic and user story level.

Define and document methodology to measure Success Metrics for the product features emphasizing value to team members and end users.
