ZOHO: TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEERS
Eligibility:
- Interact with prospects, customers, and partners
- Engage in voice, email, and chat based support
- Understand prospect requirements and map them with product capabilities
- Diagnose and solve application issues
- Analyze and understand the needs of the users and provide timely solutions
- Handle product demos, implementation, and training
- Should be willing to work night shifts and rotational shifts with rotational leaves
- Graduates passing out in 2024 are not eligible to apply
- Only the shortlisted candidates will be notified of the further rounds
- The last date for registration is 6th March, 2024
