GOGUARDIAN: TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST I
Eligibility:
- Bachelor’s Degree with 2-5 years of experience in Technical Support Skills.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
- Good in analytical skills, algorithms.
- Proficient in SQL.
- Expertise in scripting languages (Shell / Javascript).
- Reproducing and debugging customer reported problems in a AWS environment, as necessary.
- Collaborate with engineering and QA teams to resolve issues and update customers.
