Eligibility:

  • Analyse, troubleshoot production incidents.
  • Monitor health status of  applications.
  • Ensure appropriate use of Ford IT processes, tools and methodologies within application.
  • Documentation handling (Product specification, User Guides, Product Change Notice etc.)
  • Guides and coach’s other Support Analyst on product teams.
  • Organize team learning events.
