Eligibility:

  • UG Degree: B.Com/BBA
  • Graduation passing Year : 2022/2023
  • Designation Offered: Graduate Trainee (Financial Services), Graduate Trainee (HR Services).
  • CTC offered as per the standard HCLTech grid applicable (Basis 60% and above Percentage Eligibility Criteria)
  • Service Agreement for 12 Months (as applicable). In case you leave before completing 12 months, you are liable  to pay 50K to the organization.
