Eligibility:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Excellent customer service skills in a technical environment
- Good problem solving and prioritization abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Electronic Health Record experience is preferred
- Knowledge of the post-acute healthcare industry is preferred
