- Excellent english communication skills, no special accent ( Neutral Accent ) , proactive work attitude, strong sense of responsibility and learning ability.
- Should be flexible for rotational shifts.
- Have computer foundation, have a certain understanding of computer operating system, and commonly used software and hardware.
- Knowledge in customer support.
- Provide professional remote technical support services for end users.
- Remotely guide users to deal with system and software problems, including system installation, debugging, use, and related software.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose hardware failures, inquire about scheduled spare parts, and coordinate follow-up maintenance
