  • Should be flexible to WFO (Work from Office)
  • Should be flexible to work in Rotational shifts (Including night shifts).
  • Qualification- Graduation (should have all documents PC & CMM Mandatory).
  • Pursuing candidates are not eligible (Graduation or post graduation)
  • Need immediate joiners
  • Working days- 5 Days a week with 2 days of rotational week off.

GENPACT: WALKIN DRIVE (ACCOUNTS PAYABLE)

YOP : 2023/2024

Eligibility:

  • Graduate in commerce (B.com + relevant work exp. of min. 6 months).
  • B.com + MBA freshers are eligible.
  • Review and process invoices along with providing the resolutions for the invoices and releasing the invoices for Payment.
  • Resolve all vendor queries and requests coming via e-mails / Tickets within the agreed SLA.
  • Review and validate basic essentials of valid invoice like supplier details, PO, bank account, invoice #, invoice date etc.
  • Maintain a tracker of the exceptions and ensure Invoices / queries are handled taking based on the exception tracker.
  • Maintain exception logs for process related exception as and when they occur for knowledge retention
