COMPUCOM: SERVICE DESK TECH

Eligibility:

  • Any Fresher Graduate can apply. (Technical or Non-Technical)
  • Should be comfortable to Work from Office in rotational Night Shifts
  • Should have excellent English Communication Skills.
  • Should be Basic understanding of Troubleshooting, VPN, Active Directory etc.
  • Opens, logs, prioritizes, assigns, and closes calls logged.
  • Asks the End User for all relevant information concerning the call made or issue reported.
  • Attempts to resolve the defined inquiries while on the telephone, to meet the agreed upon Service Level for First Call Resolution.
