COMPUCOM: SERVICE DESK TECH
Eligibility:
- Any Fresher Graduate can apply. (Technical or Non-Technical)
- Should be comfortable to Work from Office in rotational Night Shifts
- Should have excellent English Communication Skills.
- Should be Basic understanding of Troubleshooting, VPN, Active Directory etc.
- Opens, logs, prioritizes, assigns, and closes calls logged.
- Asks the End User for all relevant information concerning the call made or issue reported.
- Attempts to resolve the defined inquiries while on the telephone, to meet the agreed upon Service Level for First Call Resolution.
