Eligibility:

  • Good knowledge about computer hardware like RAM, HDD, SSD, CPU etc 
  • Good knowledge & troubleshooting skills in Windows OS (Required) & Linux (optional)
  • Good Knowledge in Networking concepts like OSI model, IP address ranges, Routers, DHCP, DNS services
  • Entry Mid level knowledge in Windows Active directory services (ADDS) & Firewalls 
  • Basic or Entry level knowledge about Virtualization
  • Good Communication and interpersonal skills
