QUEST GLOBAL: DATA TECH ENGINEER

Eligibility:

  • As a Web Scraping focused Data Engineer, will be responsible for extracting and ingesting data from websites using web crawling tools. Creation process of these tools, services, and workflows to improve crawl/ scrape analysis, reports and data management.
  • Like web-scraping (collecting data by crawling the internet), scraping PDF documents is a powerful method to automatically convert semi-structured text documents into structured data.
  • A copy & paste approach is the most practical option when dealing with a small number of simple PDF documents.
  • Open each PDF file , Selection a portion of data or text on a particular page or set of pages.
  • Copy the selected information, Paste the copied information on a DOC, XLS or CSV file
  • Any Graduate May Apply
