Eligibility:

  • Creation and assignment of SD requests.
  • Tasks implementation within the SD system.
  • Processing emails and other correspondence related with the SD project.
  • Work with users. Receiving calls. Consulting users by phone about questions within the competence of SD coordinators.
  • Work with SD engineers. Interaction with different lines of support specialists for acceleration of solving process.
  • Monitoring of Infrastructure services.
