Experience: Freshers (0-2years).
Qualification: Any Graduate.
Skills Required:
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills on Windows, Linux and AV systems
- Excellent communication skills, with an emphasis on the ability to discuss technical issues with both technical and non-technical people.
- Ability to learn and use multiple utilities and tools that help with Operations monitoring and alerting
- Participate and learn new solutions through condensed knowledge transfer sessions
- Ability to react to high-pressure dynamic changing environments
Responsibilities:
- Maintain essential IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, hardware and AV systems
- Asset management and vendor management
- Troubleshoot operational issues, escalations and resolve business partner issues in a timely manner with strong collaboration and care for business priorities.
- Maintain internal infrastructure requirements including, laptop and desktop computers, servers, routers, switches, firewalls, printers, phones, security updates; support internet, intranet, LANs, WANs, and network segments
